Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping times are between approx. 2-3 weeks once processed, please allow small delays due the Covid-19 pandemic.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email Once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes

Damages or Lost Items
Phylistix Pty Ltd will refund or replace any items damaged or lost in transit.

If you do not receive your item within 35 Business days of purchase, we will lodge a lost item claim with our suppliers and try and resolve the matter. If the transit company is unable to locate the item, we will provide a full refund.
